Herewith this letter , we would like to inform you that on 5th January 2016 we ordered a Thosiba Satellite C800-1023. We have received Thosiba Satellite C800-1023 on 24th January 2016 but when we opened it, we found some damages. The product which damaged are 2 units broken keyboards and 1 unit useless monitor.

For the evidence we will return the damaged product and please give us the replacement of new product soonest.Thankyou for your attention and cooperation.
